This material :
- 200 grams bengkoang, small diced
- 100 grams of sugar
- Blue-dye cake to taste (you should not over)
- 150 grams of corn starch
- 600cc water-blue fizzy drinks
- 200 cc of fresh milk
- 150 grams of nata de coco
- 1 canned lychees, drained all
This is how it's done :
- Boil sugar until bengkoang bengkoang and soft, remove and drain.
- Mix the blue dye yam, yam enter into sago flour until blended.
- Boil yam until evaporated and re-cooked, drained
- Mix the blue soda, milk. Mix well
- Tata in a glass: yam, nata de coco, lychees. Pour soda mixture, serve. Able to 4 cups.
