Cabe Rawit jerky obese

Dendeng Gepuk Cabe Rawit

ingredients:

     500 g beef thigh
     1 liter of coconut water
     oil for frying



Seasoning, crushed:

     4 cloves garlic
     6 eggs red onion
     1 whole nutmeg
     1 tsp coriander
     1 tablespoon brown sugar, fine comb
     2 tsp salt





Seasonings Rawit:

     2 tablespoons vegetable oil
     1 teaspoon vinegar cooking



puree:

     20 pieces of red chili sauce
     2 cloves garlic
     5 grains of red onion
     1 tsp sugar
     1 teaspoon salt



How to cook:

Boil the meat with spices and kalapa water until tender. remove and drain

Slice the meat fibers lengthwise, then cut into 8 × 6 cm. At-time slices of meat until flattened dilated

Fry in hot oil and much, until dry. remove and drain.



Seasoning sauce: Saute mixture until wilted. give the vinegar, stir well.

Place bacon in a serving dish, pour the seasoning sauce
