Typical Indian Masala tea

Typical Indian Masala tea
Typical Indian Masala tea - Never heard of Masala tea? Masala tea is a traditional Indian tea. Masala in Indian language means spice. Just as the name suggests, a typical Indian Masala tea is made with lots of spice mix. Want to know how to make it?

ingredients:

600 ml milk

1 tea bag

15 grains of cardamom

1 tsp ground cloves

1 tbsp cinnamon bark powder

1 tbsp ginger powder

125 ml hot water

How to Make:

  •      Mix all ingredients and simmer for 7 minutes.
  •      if it has been boiled for 7 minutes, remove from heat
  •      Masala tea is ready to be enjoyed.

Although Masala tea comes from India, the spice ingredients rempahnya turns very easily found in Indonesia. Curious taste? Good luck.
