Meat Ball Curry



Ingredients:
250 grams of chicken meat, chopped (meat ball ingredients)

1 / 4 teaspoon nutmeg (meat ball ingredients)

5 tablespoons oil (sauce ingredients)
6 spring onions, thinly sliced ​​(sauce ingredients)
1 tablespoon curry powder (sauce ingredients)
400 cc coconut milk (sauce ingredients)
1 teaspoon salt (sauce ingredients)
4 green chilies, sliced ​​oblique (sauce ingredients)
200 grams potatoes, peeled, cut so 6, fries (sauce ingredients)

How to Treat:



Meat Ball Making:
Combine chicken, egg whites, salt, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, fried shallots, stirring until blended, then take 1 teaspoon of dough, shape into spheres, set aside.
