Meat Mushroom Porridge



Ingredients:
200 grams of rice fluffier, rinsed, drained
750 ml of water
1 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Nestlé Dancow NUTRIGOLD

Make stir-fry meat:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 eggs red onion, finely chopped
5 pieces of mushroom, cut into small
150 grams of minced beef
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt

   Complement:
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled, cut into pieces

How to Treat:


1. Boil the rice with water, bay leaves, and salt until rice is tender and creamy.
2. Remove from heat. While hot, add Dancow milk, stir well.
3. Saute meat: Saute garlic and onion until wilted.
4. Enter the mushrooms, stir hinggga wilt.
5. Enter the seasoning, stir until cooked meat. Remove from heat.
6. Place the puree in a serving bowl.
7. Give Meat Stir-fry and serve with a topping.


tips:
- In order not to oily, use minced meat with less fat,
cook until everything is cooked and slightly dry.
