Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
1 sheet of turmeric leaf
3 kaffir lime leaves
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
500 grams of green mussels, brush to clean skin
500 ml thin coconut milk and a coconut

Seasonings (puree):
100 grams of green Cabal
6 eggs red onion
3 slung garlic
2 cm galangal
2 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric

How to Treat:
1. Heat the oil.
2, saute ground spices with turmeric leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass until cooked and fragrant. \
3. Add the mussels, stir well.
4. Add thin coconut milk and stir well.
5. Cook until cooked and the sauce dries up.
6. Add the thick coconut milk, cook until thick sauce. Remove from heat.
7. Serve Warm.
